PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECTS
STRUCTURAL FIELD CARDS
10 Reference Cards
This Structural Field Card collection explores ten recurring psychological states and effects that may emerge through sustained stress, repeated exposure, cognitive strain, emotional demand, or reinforcing relational patterns. The cards support observation of what is occurring before interpreting cause, motive, or diagnosis.
Series Observation
Psychological Effects are outcomes, not proof of motive or diagnosis. Burnout, cognitive dissonance, decision fatigue, emotional exhaustion, hypervigilance, rumination, behavioral caution, fog, fear loops, and attachment persistence can accumulate when relational demands repeatedly exceed available cognitive or emotional capacity. Multiple effects can coexist, reinforce one another, and remain after the activating interaction has changed or stopped.
